CreativeMornings Summit

The CreativeMornings Summit was a remarkable event that brought the leaders of over 100 chapters worldwide to New York City for a memorable three-day event. The concept for the branding celebrated the journeys made from around the world, and I had a fantastic time bringing the brand to life with craft-magic-maker Michelle Bablo.

  • The nautical theme we had in mind was a fun starting point when designing the attendee name tags. The details were crucial here, so there were other things to consider beyond the production of the printed tags.

  • Adding grommets to the name tags really gave them that tactile touch we were looking for. Choosing the right kind was a tricky task!

  • After we decided on the grommets and white rope, we thought to add the detail that would make these name tags memorable, which was to have talented letterers (who were CreativeMornings volunteers!) hand-letter each attendee’s name (Wow!)

  • Making last minute preparations for the Summit.

  • Here I am with my name tag right before the Summit began, chillin’ with my MailChimp pal, Freddie.
